Jerry Womack's Wild Meadow Handcrafted  BUTTERFLY Electric Spinner  

Wild Meadow's Butterfly Electric Spinner, which is almost silent like unto a butterfly, has an extremely quiet Sieman DC motor which operates on a dual power system of either AC household current and/or DC 12 volt auto current, or, rechargeable battery pack. And like a butterfly, the spinner's flyer wings cast off no measurable vibrations.  The flyer rides in a cushioned, sealed ball bearings for which no maintenance is required except for an occasional light oiling of the shaft between every four for five bobbin changes.  As noted in the photos, the spinners have easily accessible hand operated controls consisting of an on/off switch (instant stop of flyer), a separate reverse switch for spinning or plying, and, a separate variable speed controller switch (NOT A LAMP REOSTAT) which provides all speeds from very slow to very fast, optional also is a foot pause switch.  Flyer scotch tension controls the draw-in.  The spinner is handcrafted from your choice of various American or Exotic hard woods.  The newly revised seven pound weight is easily portable by the spinner's built-in handle. Three models are offered: a mechanical jumbo hook flyer system with flyer hooks on which the spun yarn is, by hand, moved from hook to hook to level the yarn as the bobbin is filled; or, your choice of the NEW Jumbo Woolee Winder 5/8" orifice or the Original Woolee Winder 3/8" orifice, both are automatic yarn winder and yarn leveler system.  The mechanical hook flyer system consists of a Jumbo flyer which uses Ashford 8oz bobbins,  three bobbins are included in the price of $849.00 plus applicable tax and S & H additional bobbins are avaiable at $11.00 each.  The "Woolee Winder" spinner systems (both original and Jumbo) are avaiable with one bobbin for the price of $923.00 plus tax and S & H.  Additional Woolee Winder bobbins are available for $35.00 each.  ALL flyer systems are unconditionally guaranteed. commercial and hoppy use.
